Free Local Pick-Up - Cameron Park / Appointment required - once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for pickup.
As stated in our philosophy, we wish to be as kind to the Earth as it is to us, so when it comes to shipping we are committed to 100% Carbon Neutral Delivery and this is why we opt for Sendle as our delivery service. Where Sendle is not available (PO.Box or Rural) we send via Australia Post tracked shipping. Another way we are kind to the Earth when shipping is through using recyclable boxes and/or reused packaging, as well as the use of biodegradable tape and recycled paper where possible.
All orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days (with the exception of peak season and sale periods).
Shipping is daily. Once shipped, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your locality. Tracking notifications are automatically emailed upon shipment, however, if you do not receive tracking then please email email@example.com
We cannot take responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time.
Pre-orders/ Back Order
Any order containing a pre-order or back order item will be shipped together once the last item arrives. If you would like your order sent in separate lots, then shipping will need to be paid for multiple times.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns OR exchanges for change of mind, which is in line with Australian Consumer Affairs.
We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 14 days) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 14 days of purchase. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully. We may ask you to send a photograph or return the faulty item. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment within two to five days.
Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.
All products are designed and sourced with children’s safety in mind. Please read all product descriptions and care instructions carefully to ensure you are purchasing and using each item for its intended purpose so as to not damage the product or more importantly, put your child’s safety at risk. We have done our best to make these terms clear in each description and cannot be held responsible should an item be misused or the information provided be ignored. If an item does not state its age suitable then please consider 3 years +.
